If your pet needs a repeat of their prescribed medication, you can request it here. Please complete the form below, and our team will be in touch to confirm details or advise if a consultation is needed before approval. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. If you require medications more urgently, contact our reception team on (08) 6491 9335, and we’ll do our best to assist promptly.

Under current veterinary regulations, we can only supply prescription medications if your pet has been examined within the past six months or more recently if your veterinarian has advised. If your pet is overdue for a check-up, we may be able to provide a limited quantity of medication to ensure there’s enough time to schedule an appointment.
