Payment is kindly required in full at the time services are provided. If your pet is being admitted to hospital, we’ll ask you to confirm your wish to proceed with care by signing the client consent and estimate form, and leaving a deposit of 50% based on the upper end of the estimate. This helps us ensure we’re acting in line with your wishes and allows us to begin your pet’s treatment without delay. We accept payments via cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard. As a small, independently run hospital, we’re unable to offer credit or post-service billing, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. *
