How do I book an appointment and can I drop off my pet?
Booking an appointment is simple. You can call our friendly team or book online at any time. We’re open 7 days a week, with early opening hours to make life easier for busy families.
If you’ve got a full day ahead, we also offer a drop-off and pick-up service for pets. You can leave your pet with us in the morning and collect them later in the day after treatment or check-up.
We just ask that you complete a consent form before drop-off so we can ensure your pet gets the right care while you’re away.
Do I need to book an appointment or can I walk in?
In emergency situations, walk-ins are prioritised to ensure your pet receives immediate care. However, appointments are recommended for non-urgent cases to guarantee your pet the attention they deserve. You can book online anytime or call our friendly team for assistance.
What if I need a prescription or medication refill?
If you need a repeat prescription or product refill, fill out our online request form. As required under WA veterinary guidelines, we must have seen your pet within the last six months to safely prescribe most medications. This means your pet needs to be examined at least every six months to remain eligible for repeat prescriptions.
